Know and the Race of Truth because drafting isn't allowed, it's just you against the clock.

This is an ideal event as an introduction to cycle racing, because you don't have to be intimidated by more experienced riders. You chieve a time which becomes your personal best, with coaching you can improve this time and get a judgement of your fitness, which you can then compare with other riders and see if you are ready to compete head to head in a closed circuit event.

There are three distances:

* 3 laps - 4.5 km 9.00 hrs

* 5 laps - 7.5 km 10.00 hrs

* 10 laps - 15km 11.00 hrs
